UPDATE: Three HTML CODE ERRORS WERE FOUND IN the HOME PAGE.

ALL THREE ERRORS WERE FIXED. (The error were causing the menu bar to scramble the Web page links.)

UPDATE: The What's New page LINK is active. I will activate pages as soon as the pages are ready.

UPDATE: LINKS ARE ACTIVE: The pages are place holders for now; however, I will upload content as soon as I can.
